Creating Wire Transfers in Online Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking. Click on Cash Management. Then, click on Wires.
2. Click on Edit/Add.
3. Next to “Create a new wire from” choose the account you need in the dropdown box.
4. Enter the Wire name.
5. Under Credit Account Information, enter account number, name, and address into the fields.
6. Under Receiving Financial Institution Information, click Search for ABA #.
7. In Bank Name, type in our bank name and click Submit.
8. Click the ABA Number link to add it to the Receiving Bank Information.
9. Enter amount into the Amount field. Click Submit.
10. A message will appear on the screen notifying you that you have Successfully added Wire Transfer...

Editing or Deleting an Untransmitted Wire Transfers in Online Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking. Click on Cash Management. Then, click on Wires.
2. Find the item from the list wire
3. Make your selection to Edit or Delete the wire.
4. If editing, make the desired changes. Click Submit.
5. A message will appear on the screen notifying you that you have Successfully added Wire Transfer...

Transmitting Wire Transfers in Online Banking

PLEASE NOTE: If wire permissions are set for dual control, a different employee will need to perform the steps below than who created the wire.

1. Log in to Online Banking. Click on Cash Management. Then, click Wires.
2. Click Submit Wires from toolbar.
3. Find the item from list and click Transmit.
4. Scroll down, enter the Wire Password, and click Transmit. You will be prompted to answer two of your security questions.
5. A message will appear at the top of the screen notifying you that you have Successfully transmitted wire transfer…
6. All processed wires will show in Activity under the wire menu.

For added protection to your account, if you do not have dual control, someone in the Wire Department will call you to verify the wire transfer once we have entered the wire. Dual control wires will process without verification from the Wire Department.

Creating A Wire Transfer in Online Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click on Messages in the left column.
3. Click "Start a conversation" in the messages window.
4. Type a message requesting a Domestic or Foreign Wire Authorization.
5. An eBanking Specialist will reply to your message with a One-Time Wire Authorization. (This reply might take several minutes depending on support volume.)
6. Complete the One-Time Wire Authorization with all the necessary information and click Submit Wire.
7. A message will appear on the screen notifying you that your wire request was successfully submitted.
8. An eBanking Specialist will review your wire request.
9. Once we have entered the wire information, we will call you to verify the wire transfer, and send you the wire to sign via DocuSign.
