Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer 10. In order to maintain security of your online banking, please upgrade your internet browser at your earliest convenience. Due of the security risk involved, we will no longer support IE 10. While you will have access to online banking through IE 10, the functionality of it will be impacted.

It gives you instant connectivity to your accounts right at your fingertips. When you want account information, Mobile Banking can be the fastest way to stay in touch with your finances. We make it easy for you to securely check your account balances and transactions, transfer funds, or locate our convenient branches and ATMs — anytime, anywhere.

Your account information is never more than a text away with Charlotte State Bank & Trust's FREE1 Text Banking. Simply text one of the commands, like "B" (balance) or “H” (history) to the bank's SMS short code 96865 and you will receive the information momentarily.

This FREE1 service lets you access your Charlotte State Bank & Trust accounts from virtually any mobile device with a built-in browser so you can check your account balance, review recent transactions, transfer money between your eligible accounts and even locate the nearest branch or ATM from almost anywhere.2,3

Simply sign up for Mobile Banking through your Charlotte State Bank & Trust’s Online Banking service. Once logged in, select User Services and then choose Mobile Enrollment.

If your phone is lost or stolen, sign on to Online Banking and disable your phone from Mobile Banking, or call Customer Service at (941) 624-5400 for assistance. If you are concerned about misuse of your phone, contact your mobile service provider immediately to stop all wireless service. 1. Charlotte State Bank & Trust does not charge for Mobile Banking. However, your cell phone provider may charge additional fees for web browsing and/or text messages. In order to use Charlotte State Bank & Trust Mobile Web Banking, the browser on your mobile device must be capable of storing cookies.
2. For Money Market Investment Accounts: Federal law requires that an account holder may make no more than six transfers and/or withdrawals during any one (1) calendar month or statement cycle (the period from one statement to the next) or similar period of at least four weeks, to another of your accounts with us or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephonic (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card, or similar order made by you and payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger or at an ATM are unlimited. Regulatory withdrawal service fee: $7 is charged for each item over the regulatory limit.
3. For Savings Accounts: Federal law requires that an account holder may make no more than six transfers and/or withdrawals during any one (1) calendar month or statement cycle (the period from one statement to the next) or similar period of at least four weeks, to another of your accounts with us or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephonic (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card, or similar order made by you and payable to third parties. Mobile Check Deposit allows you to deposit checks wherever you are using your smart phone.
It's simple - and FREE! If you haven't already done so, download the Mobile Banking App from either the App Store or Google Play.
Once set up is complete, click on the "Check Deposit" tab located under the Main Menu. Agree to the terms and conditions.
Tap "Deposit" on the main Check Deposit Screen.
Select the "Front" icon to take a photo of the front of the check.
Endorse the back of the check by signing it and writing "For Mobile Check Deposit" under your signature.
Select the "Back" icon to take a photo of the back of the check, then click OK. You should see a green circle with a checkmark in it at the top of the screen.
After accepting both images, enter the amount of the deposit and select the account to which you want the check deposited.
You'll receive an email to the email you have on file with Online Banking.
It's that simple!
You may deposit up to $2,500 per day through Mobile Check Deposit. Checks submitted by 3:00 p.m. on a business day, will be deposited by the end of that day. Checks deposited after 3:00 p.m. will be deposited by the end of the following business day. Checks deposited on non-business days, including Saturdays, will be deposited by the end of the following business day.
Please securely retain the check for seven days, then destroy it.

It’s easy to get started. While the service isn’t available yet, you can prepare today by downloading the MobiMoney app from the App Store or Google Play. MobiMoney will be introduced on March 20, when you’ll be able to activate it and start taking advantage of its beneficial services.

When it comes to money these days, it pays to stay alert! Debit Card Text Alerts can act as an early-warning system of possible fraudulent transactions.
When you sign up for Debit Card Text Alerts, you will be notified within moments by text message* of a transaction taking place, making it easy to monitor your accounts. If fraudulent activity ever takes place, you can act quickly to protect yourself and minimize potential fraud.
Funds removed: A text alert is sent when a debit transaction is processed using your debit card such as an ATM withdrawal or debit card purchase.
Signature transactions: A text alert is sent when you do not use your PIN for a transaction using your debit card. This occurs when you select the "Credit" option on the terminal or sign a receipt.
Card status change: A text alert will be triggered if the card status is changed, such as activation, temporary suspension, not activated or closed.
Suspected fraud: If activity on your card suggests possible fraud, a text alert will be sent to you.
International transaction: An alert will be triggered when a debit transaction is initiated from somewhere other than the United States.

Online Statements is a FREE service to all checking and savings account customers. Each month, you will receive a notification email that your online statement is ready. Simply log in to Online Banking and click on the Accounts tab. When you're on the "Accounts" page, navigate to the account for which you would like to see a statement. On the far right is an "ACTIONS" drop down box. Then use the drop down to select “View Statement.” When the next screen appears, simply choose the month and year of the statement that you would like to view. It's quick, much faster than mailed statements, and more secure than leaving your printed statements in your mailbox.
