1Accounts will be charged the standard overdraft fee of $35 for handling each overdraft created by check, ACH, Point-of-Sale, ATM withdrawal, in-person withdrawal, or other electronic item that is paid and $35 for items returned. An overdrawn balance must be repaid within 32 days. We may not pay items under your Overdraft Privilege if you do not maintain your account in good standing by bringing your account to a positive balance within every thirty-two (32) day period for a minimum of 24 hours, if you default on any loan or other obligation to Charlotte State Bank and Trust or if your account is subject to any legal or administrative order or levy.

3Notary service is provided as a courtesy to our customers. There is a $10 per notary service for non-customers. Please bring a photo ID with you as state laws require us to verify your identification. Regulations do not allow us to notarize the following documents: wills, trusts, durable power of attorney, warranty deeds, quit claim deeds or any "certified copies" such as birth certificates.

Business Express Deposit
Business Express Deposit allows you to electronically send checks for deposit to your Charlotte State Bank & Trust account. Business Express Deposit is fast and convenient; simply scan checks from your office or business location. Deposit information is securely transmitted using the banking industry's highest standard of encryption. Within seconds, Business Express Deposit confirms your deposit. You have the option to print a record of your completed deposit. Charlotte State Bank & Trust has reciprocal agreements with Wauchula State Bank, Crews Bank & Trust and Englewood Bank & Trust so that you may use their ATMs without charge. We have also partnered with Presto to bring our customers access to a surcharge-free ATM network of more than 1,000 ATMs. Simply go to our locations page to locate the ATM nearest to you anytime you have the need for cash. If you choose to use your debit card outside of the surcharge-free ATMs, you will be assessed a $2 fee by Charlotte State Bank & Trust for each out-of-network transaction.
