P/T Retail Support Associate

Port Charlotte Office

This position will support retail services as a receptionist, teller and personal banker. To be cross trained in these areas to fill in and provided quality service to our customers. Greet and direct customers and answer phone lines as a receptionist. Provide traditional teller services; accurately and efficiently handle cash and paper transactions, balance teller drawer, assiting customers with transactions, working in a fast-paced environment. Also provide traditional personal banker services; opening new accounts, cross-servicing products according to customer needs, and assisting customers with all account servicing needs. This is a part-time position; 25-28 hours a week Monday thru Saturday.

Previous Cash Handling and Customer service experience required. Previous Banking experience preferred.
